1. Order free brochures for each member of your group.
2. Have members of your group sell coffee and tea to friends and family and collect payment.
3. At the end of your sale gather the order forms and money and tally them together.
4. Place your bulk beverage order with us by phone or online.
5. We ship the products to you, which you then distribute to your participants.
6. Your group keeps the profit (you only pay the cost of the products).

No money is required upfront for this fundraiser. Coffee and Tea fundraising programs are pre-sales. Meaning you do not purchase coffee or tea in advance to sell. You sell using brochures and order forms that we will provide to each member of your group free of charge.  Payment is due to us once you have completed selling the coffee and tea. Therefore,  there is no risk in trying a coffee & tea fundraiser.

When your sale is complete, gather together all the order forms and money from each group member. Next, tally the order forms together. Some people find it helpful to use a spreadsheet like Excel.

When you have your totals you can enter them online through your fundraising dashboard or call us toll-free (866) 874-8383 to place your order.

Once we receive your order we will enter it into our system and send you an invoice. After reviewing the invoice you can pay by calling with a Visa or Master Card or mail us a check or money order along with a copy of your invoice. We do accept purchase orders from public schools and will release orders upon receipt of a valid purchase order.

We use a coffee roaster that is located in Texas. We drop ship your order directly from their facility to ensure the freshest possible products.  Once we receive your bulk order and payment arrangements we release your order for the roasters to fulfill.  The coffee roaster plans to ship your order within 7 business days of receipt from us. You can plan on having your coffee and tea within 2 weeks.
