Davids Cookie Dough can be frozen for up to one year or refrigerated for 2 weeks. The cookie dough can be thawed and refrozen.

 A Davids Cookies Fundraiser is a pre-sell or brochure sale.  That means you sell the cookie dough using the free brochures and DavidsCookies Fundraiser Order form we provide.  We suggest you schedule a two-week selling period. Once you finish selling, tally up the order forms yourself or use our automated tally sheets to quickly and easily place your order.

The frozen Davids Cookie Dough comes in full cases per flavor, with 8 boxes per case. Therefore, you will need to round each flavor up or down to the nearest full case (8 boxes) quantity. How do you place your final order?

When your sale is complete, gather together all of the order forms and money from each group member. Tally the order forms together. Some people find it helpful to use a spreadsheet like Excel.  Others choose to use our online tally sheet that does the work for you.

Cookie dough is slightly different than other fundraisers since you have to purchase full case quantities of each flavor. Remember, there are 8 boxes per case. Therefore, you will need to round each flavor up or down to make each one an even case quantity. If that sounds difficult, we are more than happy to help.

We highly suggest using our FREE online tallying and order placing dashboard. It will add everything up for you and even round each flavor to full case quantities.

When you have your totals, either enter them online or simply call us toll-free (866) 874-8383 with your order.

Once we receive your order, we will enter it in our system and send you an invoice. After reviewing the invoice, you can pay by calling with a Visa or Master Card, or you can mail us a check or money order along with a copy of your invoice. We do accept purchase orders from public schools and will release product upon receipt of a valid purchase order.
