1. Call us or Order Online 1 brochure/catalog per fundraising participant – FREE of charge!
2. Have members of your group frozen pizza to friends and family and collect payment.
3. At the end of your sale gather the order forms and money and tally them together.
4. You place the final order for the products with us by phone or online.
5. We ship all items to you, which you then distribute to your participants.
6. Your group keeps the profit (you only pay the cost of the products)

There is no money needed upfront for this fundraiser. We provide free brochures, order forms, and cash collection envelopes. It costs nothing to start so there is no risk.

You pay us after you sell your Pizzas when you place your order. The money you’ve collected can pay for your order.

When you place your order, Easy Fundraising Ideas will calculate the cost of your order based on the number of items sold.  Once the cost is covered, the rest is your profit to keep!

When your sale is complete, gather together all of the order forms and money from each group member. Tally the order forms together. Some people find it helpful to use a spreadsheet like Excel.  We highly suggest using our FREE online tallying and order placing dashboard.

When you have your totals, either enter them online or simply call us toll-free (866) 874-8383 with your order.

Once we receive your order, we will enter it in our system and send you an invoice. After reviewing the invoice, you can pay by calling with a Visa or Master Card, or you can mail us a check or money order along with a copy of your invoice. We do accept purchase orders from public schools and will release product upon receipt of a valid purchase order.

We try to deliver frozen pizza three weeks after we receive your order. We will set up a delivery date once you pay for your order. Please allow a minimum of three weeks after you place and pay for your bulk order.

We will do our best to narrow a delivery window as much as possible when we coordinate with our 3rd party freight companies. Our experience is that your shipment will arrive within a 2-hour window most times.
